So incredibly grateful for Brittany V. and all of her help getting a class set up for nine of our MAs! She made the whole process so simple and easy from start to finish.

Our instructor, Jess, was phenomenal! She made sure we felt prepared and confident in what we were learning, but also had a great sense of humor and made the class genuinely fun. Let’s face it—the skills we’re learning are meant for situations that can be scary and stressful, so having an instructor who makes the class engaging instead of dry or feeling like “just another thing to get through” makes such a difference. It definitely made everything feel more memorable and easier to retain.

Jim was awesome! He was super friendly, explained things so well, and I learned so much more than I thought I would. And I never felt pressure to be perfect when demonstrating the skills we learned, which is so important if you feel any type of anxiety about that part of getting your CPR certification. I feel prepared and knowledgeable thanks to Jim!
